Role Description
Coordinator A coordinator is staff member in the Registrar's Office. Coordinators have high-level permissions.
Observer An observer is a facutly or staff member in a partnering unit. Observers can view evaluations but cannot edit them.
Assignee An assignee is a faculty or staff member responsible for articulating equivalencies for the transfer courses sent to them.
Requester A requester is a student or applicant seeking credit at Georgia Tech for coursework completed at another institution.
User Any person who successfully logs in via GT SSO has this role by default.
