Student requests credit for PHYS 2212 (Electricity and Magnetism). Angelo State course PHYS 1301 is on classical mechanics - a completely different topic. There is no electromagnetism in PHYS 1301. Moreover, in the initial submission the course was described as Algebra-based - hence received no credit for PHYS 2211 and only elective credit PHYS 2XXX. In the re-submission, the same pdf description was submitted, albeit edited to include "basic skills of calculus" phrase.

I respectfully request re-evaluation of my transfer credit (evaluation #10680). The contents of PHYS1301 and PHYS1101, which I received credits, are very similar to those of Intro Physics II (PHYS2212). While taking PHYS2211 in 2022 fall, I realized it. Although PHYS1301 and PHYS1101 were basically calculus-based classes, they were not properly assigned. With regard to this, I respectfully request you to review that PHYS1301 & PHYS1101 could be equivalent enough to PHYS2212, not PHYS2xxx.
