Hi, I've uploaded screenshots of all my grades for the class, their associated dates, as well as a list of all the assignments I had to complete for the class. The webworks were all due on March 4th because the class was independent study and we were expected to finish the assignments using the video lectures uploaded (shown in my screenshots). I have also emailed my professor so hopefully I get a response, but I cannot guarantee that I'll get a response as it is summer break.

Hi Svabhu, The screenshots cut off most of the information. Can you copy/paste the information into a Word document and upload it again? A letter or email from the professor would be helpful.

Hi, I have uploaded a screenshot of my canvas page, which shows the syllabus that I pulled from the class. I believe the professor created the syllabus for independent study students in A Term of 2021, and used the same syllabus throughout the year, hence the date discrepancy. I will also upload a screenshot of my grades and their associated dates to prove that I took the class in Spring 2022. As far as taking the class through independent study, what sort of supplemental documentation would you like in addition to my canvas screenshots?

Svabhu, this course is explicitly listed as MA 1999 on the WPI transcript. Can you provide supplemental documentation to attest that the course was taken as Independent Study? In addition, we must have the syllabus from the term the course was taken for the faculty to review. The syllabus is from Spring 2021, and you took the course Spring 2022. Thanks!

Calculus III is listed as MA 1999 - Independent Study Base in my transcript because it was a separate course created by WPI for Mass Academy students. It follows the same syllabus as WPI's MA 1023 which I have uploaded and it was a prerequisite which allowed me to take WPI's MA 1024 (Calculus IV) in D term.
