The lab is totally included in the main course. It does not have a separate course number. The syllabus contains all course info and lab info. The course and lab are 4 credit hours total. My transcript and past registration do not list the credit hours for the lecture/lab individually. On this form, I listed the credit hours for each arbitrarily.
