This is a 1XXX class and it does not match our 4XXX nutrition class. It could be used as an APPH requirement (2h) + BIOS 1XXX (1h). However, the course content level is comparable to few 3XXX electives and I could assign a BIOS 3XXX (upper level technical elective) on one time basis.
