1 credit honors course. Generally a history and sociology related course about the city of Buffalo but doesn't align with any specific HTS courses. Seems more like a generic course in the social sciences but one credit. Course description below. The Honors Colloquium (HON102) is a one-credit, required course that provides first-year Honors Scholars an opportunity to explore the city Buffalo through research, community engagement, and small group projects. Each section will focus on an area of the city of Buffalo (“City Sector”), engage with community members, and reflect on both the challenges and opportunities facing the university, the city, and region.
