Notes

This course, Principles of Sociology (SOC H101), closely aligns with the content and objectives of Georgia Tech’s SOCI 1101 – Introduction to Sociology. The syllabus covers fundamental sociological theories, research methodologies, cultural norms, socialization, institutions (e.g., family, education, religion), and current societal issues—topics that are core to SOCI 1101. I received an A in this course and believe it meets the learning outcomes of Georgia Tech’s introductory sociology requirement.
