I apologize, the first 70% is a typo. It should be 75%.

I was originally declined because only 54% of the 70% of the grade came from proctored exams. The 75% proctored exam rule is likely in place to make sure that the grade accurately reflects a students skill by not cheating on non-proctored portions. If that is the case, then even if you subtract the difference between the percent of the grade that is exams from the class that I took and the required percentage (21%) and set that portion of my grade to zero, I would still pass the class due to my A. I believe that is more than sufficient evidence that I have the knowledge necessary for the credit.
