This lab should be a part of PHYS 2211. Since the student already received credit for PHYS 2211, no additional credit is due. How did the student get PHYS 2211 credit without a lab in the first place? Was it my oversight? I do not remember evaluating this student recently.

PHYS 2211 already awarded. For PHYSIC 182, PHYS 2XXX is given for the hours beyond 4.

I am requesting the credit evaluation for the Physics Lab 181 which is the lab itself. So i added the information same in both the course and lab details. This is a 2 credit Lab which is co-requisite with the Fundamentals of Physics Class 113 which i already got my credit awarded. It's a 2 credit Lab course.
