His syllabus is on a website that he updates and replaces. As a result the original link, www.math.uh.edu/~pan/Math2415-2021-Fall.html, does not exist anymore and has been replaced by the summer 2022 class https://www.math.uh.edu/~pan/Math2415-2022-S2.html, however the grading policy listed is the same.

Is this the real syllabus that the instructor posted to the class? It does not include the info about how students are assessed in the course. For instance, how much the course grade was based on the midterm exams and the final exam?
