I am resubmitting an evaluation for this course for its equivalency to APPH 1040, 1050, or 1060. I asked my adviser during FASET if I can use APPH 1XXX transfer credit for my wellness requirement, but he told me to resubmit the evaluation to you guys to see if it will be equivalent to APPH 1040, 1050, or 1060, or if it is sufficient to satisfy the wellness requirement.
