This is an intro survey of ME and design course. I would be comfortable giving ME 1XXX credit so that this AE student could use it as an elective. I do not think credit should be given for this class and ME 2110 as there is too much overlap with the two courses, but not enough overlap to get equivalency for ME 2110. Because of this, I would not recommend giving any credit if the student switches to ME.

We have not given any TC for this class in the past. It overlaps with GT1000, and with the content of some required ME classes (this student is an AE major, however).
