Holt is a high-school-level text and the course was taken with a high school teacher. While I understand that the course was billed as dual credit, the level of the textbook and number of simulation-based laboratory experiments indicate that this course is not equivalent to CHEM 1211K.

As shown on the syllabus there was a lab incorporated within the class, showing instructional hours and lab hours. However, unsure if that means associated lab for technicality.
