The syllabus isn't super clear on the course's coverage of chemical equilibrium, but it is at least mentioned in the Thermodynamics unit. On a re-read of the syllabus, I'm comfortable with the student enrolling in CHEM 2216 and 2311.

As this course lacks coverage of chemical equilibrium, acid-base equilibria, and coordination chemistry, it isn't equivalent to CHEM 1212K at GT. However, I'm comfortable with equivalence with CHEM 1211K.
