The student did take CHEM 163 for the lab. Looks like we can award CHEM 1211K with CHEM 161 + 163. (the syllabus attached is 163, I think the student just did not note this when they uploaded)

With an accompanying laboratory course or lab component, this course would be equivalent to CHEM 1211K. On its own, this course is equivalent to 3.0 credit hours of CHEM 1XXX. However, if the student took a general chemistry laboratory as well and can upload a syllabus for that, I will adjust to 4.0 credit hours of CHEM 1211K.
