The marketing area does not offer a highly similar course (closest would be MGT 4311 Digital Marketing, but that course is much broader). However, the topic and content fall clearly within the field, and thus seem sufficient for 3XXX credit.

The course have two parts within the same semester so it have two "syllabuses". This is a online course from the Global Caarrier Acceleracter (formally Global Tech)and it's not part of USF's normal courses. And it also lacks a bunch of information like a weekely schedule which is not avalable.
