To add more detail to the grading scheme, for this semester (it varies by semester), there were two midterms that were online coding exams worth 5% each with the final making up the last 20% of the exam grade. Also, there were 4 individual projects worth 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, and 10% in order for a total of 25% for individual projects. The other 25% was a group project that lasted for the last six weeks of the course. Also, this class technically had a lab section, but the only thing we did in those labs was work on the weekly homework assignments.
