Please provide the information or criteria required for the credit to be accepted as it does not say anywhere anything about exams being proctored. Even then all exams taken in CMAT 212 at Clark where taken in front of the professor and the only work done online was homework via Educosoft.

If the student is confident in the mastery of the course material, they may want to consider the option of testing out GT MATH 2552 by taking an Advanced Standing Exam https://math.gatech.edu/undergraduate/advanced-standing-exams

It is unclear from the syllabus whether Exams 1-3 and the Final Exam were proctored. Even assuming they were all proctored, Exams 1-3 and the Final Exam are only 53% of the course grade. The other 47% of the course grade comes from unproctored assessments.
