Dear Evaluator I wanted to provide clarification on the Java programming course I completed at Shoreline Community College. While the week-by-week schedule does not explicitly list all object-oriented programming topics, the course covered: - Encapsulation (using access modifiers, getters/setters, and information hiding) - Inheritance (class hierarchies, method overriding) - Polymorphism (dynamic method dispatch, interfaces, abstract classes) - Abstraction - Other OOP principles such as constructors and method overloading These were part of the lectures, programming assignments, and exams. I think it all aligned with the learning outcomes similar to Georgia Tech’s CS 1331. Additionally, I have attached a course description from my college for Fall 2025 for extra information. Thank you for your time and consideration, Mackenzie Joe Gunawan
