I have completed math 151,152, and 153- which is calculus 1, 2, and 3 at my previous college. How should I convey this in my form? I am in a very similar boat with my physics courses (Math 151-152 are already in the transfer equivalency table, they have been evaluated. I submitted an evaluation form for all three physics courses I need.)

This course alone is not equivalent any GT MATH course, in view of the course topics. Did the student take other calculus course in South Puget Sound Community College? If so, it may be possible to combine MATH 153 with other calculus courses for a transfer credit evaluation.
