The ISYE course references must have been from an old course catalog. The course description of the Florida Institute of Technology, College of Engineering EN4200/5200 taught by Dr Luis Daniel Otero (from the attached syllabus is: This course presents principles of project management to design and develop products and services within budget, on time, and to specification. It introduces project management issues that are typical of large complex projects. The course includes project planning, estimation, organization design, requirements analysis, project monitoring and control, and PERT/CPM.

The focus of this course is not quite a topic match for MGT 4450/6450 because it is waterfall focused while the management course is solidly hybrid. However, it does emphasize concepts more appropriate to engineering PM which probably makes it a more suitable course for that particular domain. As long as he doesn't want to apply it to the BSBA (in which case we'd want to see that focus on hybrid) we could count it as close enough to MGT 4450.

Was hoping for ISYE 4106 / 6106 and use as free or tech elective in BSME and/or use as 6000-level for MSME (goal after BSME). Both courses (ENM 4200/5100 & ISYE 4106/6101 appear to be nearly identical in scope, learning objectives, and methodologies.
